Return Policy:

We do not accept returns on any orders unless physical damage occurs to the product during shipment. You must immediately report damage to us when you receive your order so we may file an insurance claim with the carrier. You will be shipped new items after we have received the damaged goods back to us minus shipping cost.

Cancellations:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us on the same business day that you placed the order. Once your order has been processed, there will not be a cancellation service avaliable.

Shipping:

We use UPS Ground for our shippping. If you require a different method of shipping, please contact us. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Samples:

We do not offer free samples of our products so that we can maintain low minimum orders and reduced costs.
